Outdoor temperature reached 75 degrees and needed AC for first time this season. My compressor didn’t go on. Called Ilan on a Saturday at 5 PM he was at my house by 530 - talk about being available around the clock like the name of his company. Fixed it within 20 mins. Very reliable and efficient. I called a Around-the-Clock on a Sunday morning when we woke up to a malfunctioning furnace. They offered to come by noon and by one the furnace was fully functional. They took the time to explain what had been causing the problem, how they would rectify it, and why the problem would not happen again (it had happened a few times in the past and other companies had solved the issue by what now appear to have been temporary solutions.) The icing on the cake was how reasonable their fee was, for a Sunday call. I highly recommend these folks.

I have 2 experiences with Ilan, both wonderful. Just this morning I noticed I had no heat. I called him , and he came over the same day. He knew just what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. But here is the BEST ONE. About 10 years ago my entire air conditioning and gas heat went totally dead. I thought for sure it was a $20,000 job. Ilan was able to figure out it was a rat that chewed through a wire. He was so honest, he could have charged me for so much more.

Fantastic service! My central air conditioner stopped running during a 94 degree day. It was 84 degrees in my house when I got home. What a lifesaver!! My ac broke over the weekend with the outdoor temps hitting 95 degrees. We called them on Sunday morning at 8 AM and they were there before 9. They diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a blown transformer and we were fully operational by 10. They were fairly priced and didn't take advantage of the fact that they were there on a Sunday morning. These are my go to guys for any ac and heat issues. 5 stars for Cohavi!!!

i contacted Ilan through his website and received a prompt reply email after which we spoke on the phone to go over specific details and set-up an appointment. Ilan arrived exactly at 8 AM as we had agreed the prior evening, and he immediately went to work on the gas furnace. In short order, he verified what the problem was and fixed it. He then did other system maintenance checks and evaluations even though that he had corrected the issue relating to the service call. When all was completed, Ilan clearly explained what he had done beginning with the service repair work, results of the system tests, and his professional overall observations of the entire HVAC system. And he did all of this in just a little over 30 minutes. Clearly he is exceptionally competent. His service charge was very reasonable, but factoring in his self-initiated, over-and-above actions, then the service charge was a real bargain! I got way more value than I bargained for --which is rare these days. It has been almost 2 weeks since Ilan was here for the service call and everything continues working beautifully. My AC didn't turn on and I asked two other companies to come and fix. They both said the AC unit needs to be replaced with a cost around 3500. Ilan came in at 9 pm on the same day I called him. Though he was very tired he looked at the A/C and laughed at the other two. He fixed it in an hour working in the dark and charged me $350. YOU WILL SAVE WITH this guy. Another time when there was a problem with my furnace instead of coming to my house and charge me for a service he asked that I facetime with him and taught me how to fix the problem. My wife and I recently purchased a new home a few months back. We also recently had a baby. Life is good. Well, a few nights back we noticed that the heat wasn't working correctly. The thermostat was set to 75 and nothing was happening, occasionally it would blow out cold air. To say my wife and I were panicked, would be an understatement. I was a new homeowner and need help in servicing my A/C among other things. Ilan was prompt and a professional when assisting me with my A/C issues and also when beyond to assist me check my water heater/gas line. Called him at 7.30am and he arrived at 10am as discussed. He took a few minutes to assess the issue, fixed it and managed to get my house cooling in no time. Yesterday my central AC stopped working and after about 30 minutes of trying to troubleshoot the problem I came to a dead end. The repair of this issue would be beyond my skill set. I called Around the Clock based on their good reviews from other customers and left a message. They returned my call within about 5 minutes and committed to come look at the unit the next day. Ilan arrived promptly and began his diagnosis process. Within a few minutes he was able to trace the issue to bad transformer hidden inside my compressor unit. He replaced the transformer and corrected an oversized fuse which caused the old one transformer to burn out instead of the oversized fuse. Panic Friday night came home no a/c hot and humid. Called they showed up immediately and got the Ac working. So thankful. Rush service and Immediate attention with veru reasonable rates. I recommend them!
